A summer season red wine, fruity, concentrated and very elegant on the palate, excellent to accompany any dish of grilled meat or fish, spicy cuisine, and goat cheese.

This premium Ventoux comes from a de-stemmed harvest. After fermentation, it is aged in vats for it is aged in vats for 6 to 9 months.
