Château de Calavon

In the heart of Provence, Château de Calavon is closely linked to the wine tradition and is among the most important historic vineyards of the Pays d’Aix. This 60-hectare vineyard was first cultivated by the Princes of Orange before being divided up after the French Revolution and slowly reconstructed through the centuries.

The vineyard is all in one block and is lined with forests and hills. It constitutes an ecologic microcosm, preserved and authentic, cultivated to respect nature and the environment.

Property of the Audibert family for five generations that perpetuates the tradition,

aiming for the highest quality, such as in the elaboration of a white wine of great finesse, and exceptional red wines.

Château de Calavon is a fine mixture of traditional spirit and modern assets.

The whole staff of the Château is working to produce wines with a tang of soil, strong and structured, with a long-lasting maturing process assuring elegance and character. The Château de Calavon cuvée and the cuvée La Réserve its vin de garde  offer a range of concentrated and expressive wines of the three colors.
