Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Red 2013

Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence

This Cuvée is blend of grapes from vineyards planted on south east hillside terraces and benefiting from the best sunshine. Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and after natural extraction are aged during almost 30 months in concrete tanks.

The result is a wine with a great amplitude and tannic structure, with a long lasting and delicate taste and a slightly minty note on the finish.

This wine is excellent to accompany roasted lamb, venison and mature goat cheese.
