Domaine Achard-Vincent

11 hectare vineyard located between the Alpes and Provence. The warm and sunny climate allow the grapes to reach a beautiful maturity while keeping freshness to the wines.

The Estate benefits from the savoir-faire of two families, the Achards and Vincents estate who have preserved this terroir and its traditions for 6 generations.

 

Pioneer in organic farming since 1968, the Achard-Vincent produces its wines according to DEMETER biodynamic wine certification since 2015.

    Clairette de Die

    Clairette de Die Tradition

    Cuvée « Tradition » is a semi-fermented wine, vinified according to traditional ancestral methods. Naturally sweet, no sugar nor yeasts are added. 

     

    This pale yellow hue wine is rich in Muscat and has an astonishing finesse of bubbles. The nose is delicate, aromatic and fruity (lychee, old rose, candied citrus). It is a well balanced wine offering a fine foam with summer flavors.

    Cuvée « Topaze » is made with 100 % Muscat Petits Grains that gives this wine a beautiful light gold color with silver highlights.

    This aromatic wine develops fine but persistent Muscat flavors, in mouth it is complex, balanced, and has an amazing finesse of bubbles.

    This cuvée is vinified according to traditional methods from 100 % Muscat Petits Grains.

    The wine is very aromatic, with persistent Muscat flavors and has a beautiful light gold hue. On the palate it has an astonishing finesse of bubbles, it is complex, tender, with delicate aromas of Muscat and a very refreshing floral finish.

    Crémant de Die Brut

    This Crémant Brut is a dry white wine vinified according to the traditional method. The wine is elaborated with three grape varieties: Clairette Blanche, Aligoté and Muscat sparkle fine light bubbles.

     

    Beautifully light gold hue, the wine develops a subtle and elegant cocktail of fruity, floral and spicy aromas. On the palate it is a fine wine, well balanced with a very aromatic persistence.
