Coteaux d Aix-en-Provence Réserve 2012 Red

Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence

A complex blend of Syrah and Cabernet- Sauvignon that can age in bottle for many years. It is the result of a rigorous selection from the best juices. After a long maceration, it’s matured in French oak barrels for one year.

With its deep garnet color and harmonious aromas of precious wood and jammy fruit, this wine has a full-bodied structure with elegant tannins. Its real potential emerges after 4 years in the bottle.

This wine is perfect to accompany red meat, game and matured cheeses. Interesting with black chocolate desserts.
